I Bought Nivea Luminous 630 but the Pump Doesn’t Work

I purchased the Nivea Luminous 630 serum from Rossmann on May 8, expecting a high-quality product from a globally trusted brand. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the pump dispenser is completely defective. No matter how many times I press it, the product simply won’t dispense. It appears to be a manufacturing defect, which makes using the product nearly impossible.
I’ve been forced to rely on primitive and messy methods to extract the serum manually, which is neither hygienic nor acceptable for a product at this price point. I reached out to Nivea via email to report the issue and request support, but I have yet to receive any response.
I also don’t feel confident returning it to the store, as I suspect I won’t receive proper support or a replacement. I paid for a premium skincare item and expected at least a functioning pump and responsive customer service. It’s frustrating that such a reputable brand has not acknowledged or resolved my complaint. I urge Nivea to take this matter seriously and provide a prompt resolution—either through a replacement or a refund. This experience has made me question whether I can trust their products going forward.
