Nissan Delays Turbo Hose Replacement for My Qashqai and Gives No Support
I am a proud owner of a Nissan Qashqai and I truly enjoy driving my car. On August 5th, 2025, the authorized service center diagnosed a ruptured turbo hose in the engine and informed me that it would be replaced under warranty. However, after one week, the part has still not arrived. Despite my repeated requests, no replacement vehicle has been provided. Previously, I had to wait 30 days for a window replacement at the same authorized service center. Even though I have always had all my maintenance done at an authorized Nissan service, Nissan Turkey has offered me no support in this matter. I did not expect such an approach from a brand that I believed prioritized customer satisfaction. I request that my issue be resolved urgently.
