Nissan Offers No Quality Service for Micra Function Disruptions
I went to Kahramanmaras Podium Automotive in turkey because my 2022 model Nissan Micra vehicle, which has 4900 km, was not starting and stopping, and they told me "maybe". My friend has the same vehicle, I said there was no such situation, he said "it may be", I made a complaint through customer service and went to Podium Automotive again and no one took care of me. I reported this situation to customer service again on November 21st and they said they would call back, but they did not. When I called again on November 24th, a callback was possible. But is there a solution? No, they direct me to the same service again. So, are there any sanctions? No. If they won't be interested again, why should I go, then you know the answer. I expected quality service from a company like Nissan, but I could not see any company standing behind its products and services.
