Nissan Was Unable To Fix My Qashqai With Minor Damage For 72 Days!

I purchased a Nissan Qashqai, and after a minor accident causing damage to the fender and mirror on October 27, 2023, I entrusted it to Nissan Sertepe in Bursa for repair. However, a staggering 72 days have passed, and my car is still not ready. Even for the smallest parts, they're awaiting materials from abroad, causing a frustrating cycle of repairs, reevaluation, and further delays. The repair process lacks transparency, and attempts to get information are met with evasive responses. Regretfully, my experience with Nissan has left me both dissatisfied and feeling victimized.
