My 2023 Nissan Qashqai Sky Pack Keeps Failing and Service Doesn’t Fix It

I purchased a brand-new 2023 Nissan Qashqai Sky Pack from İzmir Gaziemir in December 2023. Within just a few months, the vehicle has broken down multiple times with recurring errors like “Apply service to transmission,” “Start-Stop system failure,” and “Battery malfunction.” These issues left me stranded on the road five different times.

Each time, I brought the car to the authorized artky service center. Their only response? A software update—never a proper diagnosis or resolution. My vehicle spent 15 days in their service bay, but the core problem was never fixed. To make matters worse, they didn’t provide a courtesy vehicle, even though I repeatedly asked.

Eventually, I turned to Karakaşlar Service Center, and they resolved the issue in just one day—and gave me a replacement car during repairs. This contrast highlights how unqualified and uninterested artky is when it comes to customer care and technical competency.

I have already issued a formal notice to Nissan Turkey through my lawyer, requesting a full replacement of my vehicle. They rejected it, ignoring the serious defect history and my repeated breakdowns. This clearly shows that Nissan Turkey has no intention of acknowledging the damage to its customers or upholding proper standards of service.

I demand immediate action from Nissan Turkey. Stop brushing off genuine customer complaints and stand behind your vehicles. Resolve my case now—because this isn’t just frustrating, it’s unacceptable.
