My 2015 Nissan Qashqai 1.2 Dig-T Burns Oil

I own a 2015 Nissan Qashqai 1.2 Dig-T automatic gasoline model, and I’ve been extremely diligent with its care. Every single scheduled maintenance has been performed exclusively by authorized Nissan service centers. Despite this, during my most recent visit to the Samsun Asal service, I was told the engine was consuming oil and there was a noticeable ticking noise from the timing chain—before the vehicle had even reached 70,000 km.
No mechanic outside of Nissan has ever touched this car. Even the most basic servicing has always been done by authorized technicians. And yet, oil consumption went undetected until now. To make things worse, I discovered that the oil level indicator is faulty—it gave no warning when the oil was dangerously low.
The service staff admitted this could be due to a manufacturing defect, but since reporting the issue and reaching out to Nissan headquarters, I have not received any meaningful response or solution.
This experience has severely shaken my trust in both Nissan’s vehicle quality and the reliability of its service network. I expect a prompt resolution: a full technical explanation of what caused this issue, confirmation of whether it's a production flaw, and an official investigation with a clear action plan to fix the problem.
