I purchased a brand new 2025 Nissan Qashqai 1.3 DIG-T MHEV Sky Pack, and it started giving me problems immediately—literally from the day I drove it out of the dealership. Every time I lock or unlock the vehicle, a loud, drum-like banging noise comes from the lower right side of the door. It’s frustrating and embarrassing for a brand-new vehicle.
When I took it to the service center, they brushed it off and told me it “can’t be fixed.” According to them, the noise comes from the battery latch opening and closing, and I was basically told it’s “normal.” I’m sorry, but if this is “normal,” then why wasn’t I told before spending ₺ on this car?
The vehicle only has 80 km on it. If I had known about this ridiculous noise issue, I never would’ve bought it. Nobody warned me, and I wasn’t given any proper explanation during the sale. I’m now considering hiring one of Turkey’s top attorneys and taking serious legal action.
How does a 2025 model car pass inspection and hit the market with such an obvious defect? Nissan must be held accountable, and I expect a full explanation and resolution immediately. I won’t let this go.
