On June 3, 2025, I took delivery of my 2025 model Nissan Qashqai Sky Pack from the Nissan Artkıy dealership. There is a clearly noticeable issue with the panoramic roof mechanism—something is not properly in place and it makes a very disturbing noise. When I went to the service of the Nissan Artkıy dealership where I bought the car, the mechanic who attended to me initially tried to brush me off by saying there was no problem. When I did not accept this and insisted on intervention, he said he was busy and could not look at it for at least 10 days. Although I bought a brand new car from them, my complaint was not resolved and I was left aggrieved. The problem is not caused by me; it has existed since the day I received the car. The issue is entirely due to the brand. While my problem should have been solved urgently, I was postponed for 10 days.
When I reported my issue to another authorized Nissan service, Nissan KARAKAŞLAR, I was told I did not need an appointment and should come in immediately. After leaving my car there, my problem was resolved within a few hours. Artkıy only stands behind the car until the sale; afterwards, they do not care. I am reporting this complaint so that Nissan users can make the right choice regarding service. I do not want anyone else to experience the grievance I did or to develop a negative attitude towards the brand.
