My 2017 Nissan Qashqai's Transmission Failed at 106,000 km
I recently discovered that my 2017 Nissan Qashqai 1.6 diesel Tekna Xtronic is experiencing transmission issues at just 106,000 km. This news is particularly distressing given that I've consistently had all maintenance performed at authorized Nissan service centers. Even more frustrating is the fact that the transmission control unit was replaced in 2021, yet this major problem has still occurred.
I'm deeply disappointed that such a prestigious and reputable brand would encounter this type of failure. It has completely shattered the image of Japanese brands and their reputation for quality manufacturing.
What's more, I was shocked to receive a quote of ₺370,000 for a goodwill repair, with Nissan asking me to contribute ₺280,000. This seems excessive and unfair given the circumstances.
I urgently request that Nissan officials address this issue and find a more reasonable solution to my problem.
Mr. Hakan K, Thank you for reaching out to us. After detailed evaluations regarding the matter, we will inform you as soon as possible. For all your information requests and feedback, you can call our Smile Line. Sincerely, Nissan Turkey Customer Relations
