Nissan Qashqai Oil Reduction Problem And Chain Noise

I have an automatic Qashqai 1.2 car. During the first year of use, I noticed that it was using oil. When I took it to the service center, they told me that it was normal for turbocharged cars to use some oil. The second service included an oil change, but they didn't tell me about the consumption problem, so I didn't check it. I recently started hearing a chain noise coming from the engine area. It went away after I had the car serviced. This year, the noise from the chain came back, so I checked the oil level. To my surprise, there was no oil left, so I had to add 2.5 liters to the 3.5-liter capacity. The thing that worries me is that there was no warning light for the oil level. After doing some research, I found out that this model of car uses a lot of oil. If I don't get the help I need, I'll use all my legal rights, start a campaign on social media to bring attention to the brand's carelessness, and even file a complaint with the human rights court. I want a quick fix for the chain noise and the amount of oil it uses.
