Nissa Cars Refuses to Replace Defective Rental Vehicle


Hello,
We rented a Renault Megane through the website. I understand that a vehicle from the same class can be provided, but the car we were given was a Toyota Corolla.
The front headlights are extremely weak, and visibility is very poor at night.
When the car reaches 100 km/h, it vibrates noticeably.
The steering wheel is not aligned properly.
We rented an automatic car, but this vehicle is semi-automatic, and in a very unusual way. There is no P or D gear. The gear changes take about two seconds, and because it is semi-automatic, this is not a true automatic vehicle.
The car displays warnings saying it needs maintenance and that it requires engine oil.
This vehicle is being rented for €80 per day, which is unacceptable given its condition. The mileage is 165,000 km. I am traveling with a 1.5-year-old baby, and we are extremely dissatisfied. I have been patient for four days, but the Konya branch keeps delaying and does not get back to us. When I ask if there is any update, they simply say hello back and provide no response or follow-up. They keep saying they will speak with the office, but nothing happens. They insist that there is no issue with the car and that it is the same class.
I am genuinely unhappy.
I am requesting that the vehicle be replaced. We trusted the Nissa Cars name and rented a car, but after looking online, I now understand that we are not the only ones who have experienced this issue.
