Nine West Inexplicably Canceled the Order, No Details Offered

I placed an order with Nine West on November 27, 2023, and received a message on December 2, 2023, stating that my order was ready and being shipped. However, they inexplicably canceled the order on their own without offering any resolution. Moreover, they continued with their shipment, claiming it couldn't be delivered before being sent to the courier without providing any details! They did not exhibit any behavior aimed at a refund or trying to make amends in any way. Instead, they adopted a policy where the customer is always considered wrong without any attempt at resolution.
