Nike P-6000 Sole Separation After Less Than Two Months Of Use

I purchased two pairs of Nike P-6000 shoes from Barçın Spor at Meydan AVM in Türkiye on January 15, 2026, and paid a total of ₺12,199.80. Because I work full-time and use separate work shoes during working hours, I did not use the Nike shoes regularly. In total, I wore them for less than one and a half months. Despite this limited and normal use, on May 7, 2026, the sole of the right shoe of one pair started to separate from the upper. I am convinced that this problem is not caused by misuse or user error, and I do not find it acceptable that a product in this price range experiences such a defect in such a short time. I submitted the defective product for inspection under case number SSS115040. Later, I received an SMS informing me that my claim had been rejected, but no technical explanation or detailed reason was provided regarding the decision. I find it disappointing that a premium Nike product failed this quickly and that my complaint was dismissed without a clear and transparent justification. I have photographs clearly showing the defect, as well as the inspection documents and related correspondence. I do not accept the inspection result because I believe the defect stems from a manufacturing or material issue rather than user error. I am requesting either a replacement of the defective pair with a new one or a full refund for the defective pair. I kindly ask Nike and the retailer to take responsibility and provide a fair resolution for this product, which did not meet reasonable durability expectations.
