Nike Air Max270 Shoes: Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service

I bought Nike Air Max270 shoes from Mytrend Ayakkabi on Hepsiburada on March 31, 2023. However, after only two months of use, the shoe's edges began to fray. I contacted the seller, Rahime Al***, but received a rude response in which they stated that they would not replace the product and suggested that I complain wherever I wanted. My subsequent messages were also ignored. I contacted Hepsiburada and explained the situation, and they created a return request. However, nothing changed, and the shoes were returned to their original condition. My son, a third-year dental student at Nuh Naci Ünv., adored these shoes. As a student representative, he takes pride in representing both his department and the university. We didn't buy these shoes just to break them in two months and have to replace them. It was upsetting to be mistreated by the seller and to receive such low-quality shoes from Nike, a brand we admired. I'd like to know if this problem is truly my son's fault. We're very disappointed.
