My Nike Sneakers Cracked After Three Months - No Replacement Offered

Three months ago, I bought a pair of sneakers from a Nike store. Despite wearing them only once a week, the shoes have cracked all over. It's disheartening to spend so much money only to have this happen. I took them back for an exchange, but after inspection, they denied my request. Every pair of shoes I buy from Nike seems to have issues. Are you selling fake shoes? I'll be telling everyone around me about this experience. I will definitely not shop with you again.

Look at the condition of a three-month-old pair of shoes! We spend a lot of money on shoes, and this is the result. I’ve worn them maybe 10 times in total. Either replace my shoes or give me a refund. This is not fitting for your brand.
