Defective Nike Hat Purchase
On October 4, 2022, I made a purchase of a hat from Sarıyıldız Ayakkabıcılık for the price of 399.90 TL. However, to my great disappointment, after wearing the hat merely 4-5 times, a significant tear appeared on the front side. This flaw is completely unacceptable, considering the short period of usage. I promptly visited the store and took the initiative to fill out a consumer complaint form, clearly indicating the problem with the hat. I explained that the stitches had come undone and there was a noticeable rip on the front of the hat. As a loyal customer who has been using Nike products for years, I have never encountered such a subpar quality issue before. Adding further dissatisfaction to my experience, I discovered that the hat had been sitting in the store since November 2022, unused, which only emphasizes the defective nature of the product. It is utterly frustrating that I have endured this inconvenience after spending my hard-earned money.
