NGL Link Subscription is a Scam – Fake Profile Identifications

335

I purchased a weekly subscription for NGL Link to see the identities of those sending me messages. However, when I tried to view the senders, instead of showing real profiles, it displayed random icons like a cow, football, or chick emoji.

These are clearly fake accounts because I do not follow them, and they do not follow me. It is impossible for them to send me messages through NGL Link if there is no mutual connection.

This is a blatant scam—I paid for a feature that does not work as advertised. I demand a full refund immediately. NGL Link must stop misleading users and taking money for a fraudulent service.
