New Holland Agriculture delayed the delivery of my 540b tractor

In October of last year, I submitted an application and deposit to purchase a New Holland 540b tractor. After being assured that I would receive the tractor in November, I sold my previous tractor in good faith. However, I am still waiting as the shipment did not arrive in November. The authorized dealer promised me delivery in March during our last conversation. They went ahead and upped the price, too. This is the sowing and planting season for farmers, and I'm in a bind because my tractor has yet to arrive. I need my tractor as soon as possible, so I appreciate your efforts to shorten the delivery time.
