New Balance Shoes Cause Severe Odor After Just One Hour

I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes, and after wearing them for just one hour, they caused a terrible foot odor. I thought it might be a one-time issue, so I tried them again the next day, but the same odor returned. I repeated this multiple times, and the problem persisted every time.

When I brought the shoes to the store to request a refund or exchange, my request was denied with the excuse: "These shoes have been worn." How can I determine if shoes will cause odor without wearing them? Furthermore, several people in my circle who bought the same model experienced the same issue, and all their claims were also rejected.

If New Balance won’t stand behind their product, they should stop selling shoes with such poor quality. This issue must be resolved immediately. Refund or exchange these defective shoes, and stop ignoring your customers’ complaints.
