On November 11, 2024, I purchased a pair of New Balance men's casual shoes through Amazon.com. I chose this brand because I believed it offered reliable quality and long-lasting performance. Unfortunately, just six months later—despite not wearing the shoes daily—they’ve become severely deformed and started emitting an unbearable odor.
I expected much more from both New Balance and Amazon. The shoes were not subjected to heavy use, extreme conditions, or improper care, yet they deteriorated rapidly. When I reached out to Amazon for help, they simply told me there’s nothing they can do after one month. So now, I’m stuck with a disappointing product and no support from the retailer or the brand.
I regret purchasing these shoes and feel completely let down. I’m calling on New Balance to take responsibility and offer a replacement or refund. As a consumer, I deserve quality that lasts and customer service that actually supports me when things go wrong. Please address this issue and help resolve my grievance.
