New Balance Took My Money and Never Delivered My Order

It has been over a month, and my New Balance shoe order still has not arrived. I have sent multiple messages, but I have received no response. I filed several complaints, yet there has been no follow-up. Neither the product is being delivered nor a refund is being issued. I have no way to contact the company, as their phones are disconnected. Their website also provides no useful information, and my emails go unanswered. I even tried reaching out on social media, but they completely ignore customer complaints. At this point, it feels like they have taken my money and disappeared. I regret ever spending my money on this, and this is truly unacceptable!
