New Balance Sneakers Still Not Shipped and No Updates or Support for My Order
On October 9, I placed an order for sneakers on New Balance's website expecting them to arrive by October 29. Here we are, and the shoes remain "prepping to ship." From New Balance, not one update or correspondence on any delays or problems with my order. To exacerbate things, they are almost impossible to reach personally; you are left emailing and waiting for someone else to reply for whatever length of time. Actually, this is quite annoying. Given a brand this size, one would expect improved openness and service. I have to contact my credit card company to try to get my money back and contest the charge. Use my advise: avoid entirely skipping purchases from their website online.
