Last night, I placed an order for a pair of New Balance shoes through their official website. Soon after, I realized I needed to cancel the order — but to my surprise, there was no cancellation option available anywhere on the site. I immediately sent an email to their support team, but I have yet to receive any response.

This morning, I tried calling their customer service, only to be met with an automated message saying it was outside of business hours — even during regular working time. Meanwhile, the order status still only says “Order Received” with no indication that it’s been processed or shipped. If it hasn’t been prepared yet, why can’t I cancel it?

I’m shocked that a brand like New Balance, which charges premium prices (₺), lacks basic customer service functions like order cancellation and prompt support. This isn’t the service I expect from an international brand. I demand immediate assistance and cancellation of my order. You took my payment fast — now show the same speed in resolving my issue.
