New Balance Delayed My Refund and Customer Service Was Unhelpful
New Balance customer service left me really disappointed. I purchased shoes, but they arrived far later than anticipated and the material did not match what I had seen on internet. Choosing to return them, I mailed the shoes. Still 26 days later, I hadn't gotten my reimbursement. When I contacted at last to enquire, the customer care agent I dealt with was rather contemptuous and demanded an irrational volume of data just to initiate the refund procedure. Why should I hunt them down to retrieve my money? It's as though they wouldn't have understood it except I got in touch. Why was I bothered if I already gave everything with the return? Not what one would hope from a brand like New Balance.
