I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from New Balance Panora, and I’ve had issues with all of them. I’m extremely dissatisfied with their after-sales service. While they are very attentive when selling the product, promising to resolve any issues, it’s a different story once a problem arises. When I brought up the issues with my shoes, they told me they couldn’t help directly and would need to send the items for review. As expected, the review came back with a negative response, and they refused to resolve the problem. It feels like they are just wasting time instead of offering real support. New Balance, this level of service is unacceptable—please address these ongoing issues properly!

I experienced issues with the 3 pairs of shoes I bought from New Balance and no assistance is being provided in any way. The shoes I left at the store for inspection haven't even been sent for evaluation. They waste time and provide negative responses. Therefore, due to the defects explained above, I request to be informed as soon as possible about the repair or replacement of the products to avoid further inconvenience. Otherwise, I respectfully warn that all other elective legal rights arising from the Consumer Law will be exercised.
