I bought a pair of New Balance 530 sneakers from the Suadiye store, and after just 3–4 months of light, normal use, the mesh and inner lining started tearing. I sent them in for inspection, but the return request was rejected.
What frustrates me the most is that my sister had the same exact model from SuperStep. Her pair only had a tear in the mesh, and her return was approved—she was even offered a replacement, but chose a refund after waiting for the model to be restocked. In my case, despite the damage being worse and appearing in a shorter time, New Balance claims it’s “not a production issue.”
Why should we pay so much (₺) for shoes that fall apart in just a few months? If the quality is this poor, at least stand behind your product. I expect New Balance to treat this seriously and offer a refund or exchange for this clearly faulty item.
