I just bought Damak chocolate from a big store two days ago. The expiration date is April 23, 2024, and it was made on April 23, 2023. But when I opened it to enjoy it, I saw that it had turned white. But, I still decided to try it out, and when I took a piece, it fell apart into small crumbs, except for the part that had the pistachios. I was really disappointed when I realized that the Damak chocolate I was so excited to buy didn't taste as good as before. Since the store won't take back the item in its current condition, I wanted to contact the manufacturers through this channel to let them know.

It was informed that the evaluation result would be shared within 10-15 days. I mentioned that I did not discard 75% of the product and kept it, and that I could provide it if necessary. There is no concluded situation yet.

The explanation provided is unsatisfactory, and my doubts about the quality persist. The chocolate is not only white but also crumbled, and the change in its taste raises concerns about the quality of the ingredients used, necessitating further investigation. After my insistence, they were convinced to take the product from me for the necessary examination. Therefore, the cause of the issue remains unclear. No information has been given regarding the compensation for the product either.

Last Tuesday (November 7, 2023), the mentioned Damak chocolate was taken from my home for testing, and I was informed by the person who came that both the result and a gift as an apology would be delivered within 3 business days. Today is November 13, 2023, but no response has been received yet.

As a loyal customer of Nestle, I am disappointed with your approach to handling complaints. I wanted to support you from a customer perspective by providing information about the product quality. If I had taken this defective product back to the store where I bought it, they would have immediately replaced it and apologized. I returned it to you for inspection. I was told that an explanation and an apology package would be delivered within 3 days, but no one has contacted me, despite several days having passed. As a loyal customer, I am very upset and have decided not to consume any Nestle products anymore.
