Nestle Ignored My Complaints About Rotten and Worm-Infested Products for 1.5 Months




I have been dealing with this complaint for 1.5 months now, and despite calling multiple times, submitting petitions, and clearly explaining my issue, no tangible solution has been offered. I've repeatedly been promised that my grievance would be resolved, yet no actions have been taken. This situation makes it seem like Nestlé does not value customer satisfaction or trust. For a global brand like Nestlé, I expected swift and effective solutions, especially when the issue involves something serious like broken, rotten, and worm-infested products. However, this lack of action has only worsened the problem and tarnished the company's reputation. The fact that nothing has been done despite my continuous follow-ups suggests that Nestlé is ignoring customer demands and failing to meet its responsibilities. This approach is completely out of line with the values your brand claims to uphold and has been a huge disappointment for me as a consumer. Furthermore, the prolonged delay has tested my patience and eroded my trust in the company. I expect an immediate solution to this issue and would like to stress that my grievance must be addressed without further delay. If no action is taken, I will be forced to pursue all necessary legal steps to resolve the matter.
