Stanley Neverleak 0.47L Replacement Delay
I bought a Stanley Neverleak 0.47L thermos and had to return it because it was leaking. The service department acknowledged the issue and assured me that they would send a replacement. After waiting for more than three months, I finally received a product, but to my disappointment, it turned out to be the wrong item. I've been attempting to contact them via phone calls and text messages, but I haven't received any response. This is extremely aggravating and completely unacceptable.
