Poor Customer Service and Delay in Repairing Defective Nespresso Nomad Thermos
I bought two Nomad thermoses, one small and one large, from an online store on May 9th. Unfortunately, the small thermos began to leak, causing coffee to spill all over my car. Three weeks ago, I immediately contacted customer service and sent them the necessary information. I have received no updates or responses despite calling several times to inquire about the status. Why do I have to fight to reach customer service and then chase them down for information? Why is it taking so long to address a faulty product? Shouldn't fill the thermos with water, inverting it, and checking for leaks only take a few minutes? Why is this company failing to meet legal deadlines? This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
