Nespresso Atelier S85 Coffee Machine Water Leak on the Base
My Nespresso Atelier S85 coffee machine I just bought has a continuous problem with water leaking from the base, sent it to the service, but somehow it was returned without a satisfactory repair, despite two attempts to have it serviced under warranty. Even worse, Nespresso neglected to include the water tank and the tray for holding coffee cups during the second servicing, which only made matters worse. Despite the company's assurances, I still have not received these parts. problem is still there, and the returned product is missing key components, can't express how unhappy I am with how Nespresso has handled the situation.
