Coca-Cola Cooler Not Working: Technical Service Fails to Repair Unit

I am a customer operating Şanlıurfa Gül Kuruyemiş Tekel Bayi in Şirinevler, Bahçelievler, İstanbul, and I use a Coca‑Cola cooler with the number 00 102 30 76. On 12 October I called Coca‑Cola technical service because the cooler was not working properly. Although the team clearly had the possibility to repair the cooler, they did not do so and did not resolve the problem. I am specifically complaining about the attitude and negligence of the technical service, because they did not make any real effort to repair the cooler and left us with a non‑working cabinet for days, which continues to cause us commercial loss and serious inconvenience in our business. I request that the cooler with number 00 102 30 76 be urgently repaired and put into full working order without any further delay, and that the negligence of the technical service and the grievance caused to our business be taken into consideration.
