Nebula Billing Fraud Investigation Request
Today, $38 USD was charged to my debit card through an application called Nebula, which I have never downloaded, used, or subscribed to. I did not install this app on my phone, nor did I create any membership. Despite this, money was withdrawn from my card, which has both shocked and harmed me.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted my bank. I was told that unless I had shared my card information somewhere, money could not have been withdrawn, and since the charge was made through a debit card, there was little they could do. I have not been able to find any phone number, email address, or official contact channel to reach Nebula. There is also no record of this app in my app store or subscription history, yet the money has still been deducted from my account.
As a bank customer living in Izmir, Torbalı, I request that the unauthorized $38 USD charge made from my card registered under the name B. I. Barutçuoğlu be canceled and refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request that an investigation be conducted into how my card information was obtained by this application and that necessary security measures be implemented to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
