Nautica Canceled My Order Without My Approval
On November 11, I placed an order for a t-shirt on the Nautica website. My order number is 8307653881513024, and I paid $9 for the product by credit card. However, on November 20, I saw that my order had been canceled without any notification.
The order was canceled without my approval or request, and I was never informed throughout the process, which caused me inconvenience. I request that the $9 I paid be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible and that the reason for the cancellation be clearly communicated to me.
I ask that this negative experience be addressed and that the issue be resolved promptly.
