I Returned My Nautica Jacket but Got No Refund

I returned the jacket I purchased from Nautica’s official website under order number 8305841548015754. I completed the return process 21 days ago, and I received a message confirming that the product had reached the company. The message stated that my refund would be processed within 7 business days. However, even after 21 days, my refund of $61 has still not been issued.

During this process, I tried calling customer service, but no one answers the phone. I request that my refund be issued as soon as possible and that a clear explanation be provided to me.
