My $142 Nautica Refund Still Hasn’t Been Paid
On October 25, 2025, I returned the items from my order (8305642976117964–8305890005620367) via Yurtiçi Kargo. The returned products included one blue men’s t-shirt, one blue men’s jacket, one black men’s jacket, and one gray men’s jacket. My return approval codes are: nau7648e792d, naua6ea709e1, nauef781cca0. The total value of the items is over $142, and I paid by credit card.
Even though a month has passed, I have not received any information, messages, or a refund from Nautica regarding the return process. I also did not receive any email or SMS confirming whether the items reached the store. Despite calling customer service many times, I always encounter long waiting times, and no one responds to my emails either. There were no missing documents or invoice issues during the return process.
I request that my refund be processed as soon as possible and that the amount I paid be returned to my credit card.
3 of my refunds have been processed, but the 4th refund is still missing. I’ve called 7 or 8 times—every time they say 'it will be done today,' but still nothing. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. If it’s not resolved by Friday, I will apply to Consumer Rights.
