My Nautica Refund Still Hasn’t Been Issued After a Month
On October 27, I returned a t-shirt that I purchased from Nautica’s online store. My order number is 8305382545312472. I refused to receive the item upon delivery, and although nearly a month has passed since the return process, I still have not received any refund.
I made the payment by credit card. During this period, I tried to reach customer service through every channel — phone, email, and live support — but I could not reach anyone, and I never received any response.
I request that my refund be issued as soon as possible and that a clear explanation be provided to me.
