Nautica Isn’t Refunding My Returned Jacket
On November 8, 2025, I purchased a windbreaker/rain jacket from Nautica’s official website. I returned the product using my 14-day right of withdrawal. My order number is 8305655897514128, my return shipping code is NAUC54422F21, and my invoice number is ETA2025003014797. I had paid $47 for the item by credit card.
Even though I completed the return process properly and followed all steps, my refund still has not been issued. I have been waiting for about 12 days and I am experiencing significant inconvenience. I also tried contacting customer service many times via phone and email, but I never received a response.
I request that my refund be issued to my account as soon as possible and that customer service provide a clear explanation. I would also like to note that I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board regarding this matter.
