My Nautica Navy Bermuda Shorts Faded to Purple After Proper Washing

I purchased a pair of navy Bermuda shorts from the Nautica Bodrum Midtown store. Even though I washed them only with other navy-colored clothing and strictly followed the care instructions on the label, the shorts gradually faded and developed a noticeable purple tint. Seeing such a significant color change in such a short period has been extremely disappointing and has made me question the product's quality.

For comparison, I own a similar pair of navy shorts from another brand that I have washed together with mixed-colored laundry many times, yet they still look exactly as they did when I first bought them. Considering Nautica's premium pricing, I expected much better durability and color retention. Instead, the shorts now look worn and faded far sooner than they should.

I believe the product may have a manufacturing or fabric defect. I request that Nautica carefully inspect the shorts and, if a defect is confirmed, provide an appropriate replacement or refund. I also expect the company to resolve this issue fairly and stand behind the quality of its products.
