I Face Leakage Issue with Nars Orgasm Liquid Blush Purchased from İzmir İstinyePark

I purchased a Nars Orgasm Liquid Blush from the Nars store in İzmir İstinyePark. At the store, I was told to twist the cap before use, and I was able to apply it without any issues the first couple of times. However, after only two uses, I placed the blush in my travel bag, and when I opened it later, I discovered that the inner cap had loosened and the product had leaked everywhere. Since it’s a pump-style blush, the inner mechanism should not open so easily, which makes this even more concerning.

When I called the İzmir İstinyePark store, an employee named T responded with an arrogant and dismissive tone, saying it “might be my fault” and trying to brush me off. They took my details but never followed up. This product was clearly defective when sold to me, and yet no resolution was provided.

I request that Nars replace this faulty blush immediately and review its customer service approach, as dismissing paying customers without proper assistance is unacceptable.
