I Received a Defective Nars All Night Long 172 Lip Crayon That Broke Before Use

I received the Nars All Night Long 172 lip crayon as a gift, and I was excited to try it. However, right from the beginning, the product seemed defective. The bottom mechanism wouldn’t open, and I couldn’t twist the product up for use. When I applied light pressure to check if it might be stuck, the entire base snapped in half, and the lipstick completely broke apart.

This happened before I ever got to use it, which makes it even more frustrating. A premium product like Nars should never arrive in such poor condition. I couldn’t even get a single use out of it—the lipstick is now completely unusable and went straight to the trash.

I’m submitting this complaint because I genuinely expected better quality control from a brand like Nars. I request that a replacement for the Nars All Night Long 172 crayon lipstick be sent to me promptly. I shouldn’t have to miss out on a product just because it was defective right out of the box.
