I Face Return Refusal for Unused Nars Orgasm Blush Purchased from Emaar Store

I purchased a Nars Orgasm Blush from the Nars store in Emaar just two days ago. The product was completely unused and still sealed in its original packaging. However, when I went to return it the very next day, the store staff refused, stating that “due to company policy” they do not accept returns.
At the time of purchase, no one informed me of this policy, and there was no mention of it on the receipt or in-store signage. I made the purchase in good faith, assuming that an unopened, unused product could be returned within a reasonable time frame.
This practice is unfair and goes against basic consumer rights. I request that Nars immediately review this matter and process the return for my unused product. Customers should be clearly informed about non-returnable items before purchase, not after the fact.
