Today, I was informed that the return process from n11 has been completed. I also confirmed with my bank, and the return is showing in the provisional transactions. It was an almost month-long ridiculous process. N11 quickly processed my complaint and expedited the steps. 99% of the issue was related to the company, and n11 was extremely helpful. I thank them. However, be cautious about the company.

On June 1, 2024, I ordered two LG monitors from a seller called Techburada on N11. When the packages arrived, I was shocked to find MSI monitors inside instead of the LG ones I'd ordered. The invoices on the boxes said LG, but the products were definitely MSI.

I immediately contacted the company to report this mix-up. They promised to send a courier for a return pickup. The next day, June 4, I handed both monitors to the courier for return.

On June 7 and 10, I received emails confirming the monitors had reached their store and that they'd start the refund process after inspection. On June 10, I got an email saying the return for order number 203226837231 was accepted. However, on June 12, I received another email stating that the return for order number 203226837232 was canceled because they claimed the product never reached them.

It's impossible that one monitor arrived while the other didn't when I shipped them together to the same place. Plus, they had already sent emails confirming both products had arrived and were being inspected. Rejecting the return on these grounds is unacceptable.

The company made two major mistakes: first by sending the wrong brand of monitors, and then by refusing to accept one of the returns. This situation needs to be resolved immediately.
