N11 Seller Sent Me a 2022 Tire Instead of 2024 and Refused to Process an Exchange


I ordered 4 winter tires dated 2024 from the seller LASTİK_bayii on the N11.com shopping platform. However, one of the tires was delivered with a 2022 date. When I informed the seller about the incorrect product and requested an exchange, they responded by saying, “We don’t have such a product; you must have mixed it up at the tire replacement location,” and refused to process the exchange. I explained that logically, this is not possible and that the fact that only one of the four tires delivered by the courier was incorrect clearly shows that they sent the wrong product. When I said I would file the necessary complaints, they mockingly replied, “Sure, go ahead.” It is unacceptable for them to refuse responsibility despite sending a defective product and causing the buyer to suffer.
