I Face MyTrip Double Charge: ₺1342 Service Fee Deducted From Refund

I purchased an airline ticket through the MyTrip application, and to my dismay, my credit card was double-charged for the same ticket within a two-minute interval. I immediately contacted MyTrip customer service, who confirmed the error and assured me they would assist with the issue.

However, during my second call, I was informed that a service fee of ₺1342 would be deducted from the refund for the second, erroneous charge. This is utterly unacceptable. I am being penalized for a system error on MyTrip's part, a problem that is entirely beyond my control. This incident has caused significant financial stress and emotional frustration. My hard-earned money is being withheld due to a mistake that is not mine. I urgently request that MyTrip process a full refund for the second charge without any deductions. I demand the return of my full funds without this unjustified service fee.
