I attempted to buy a flight ticket on Mytrip. The first time, the website showed “transaction failed.” I tried again—same error message. But when I checked my bank account, I saw that I was charged twice for the same booking attempt, even though I never received a confirmation.

I contacted Mytrip customer service, and they told me to take it up with the airline. I reached out to the airline, and they told me I needed to speak with Mytrip. This back-and-forth is unacceptable and has wasted my time and money.

Mytrip, I demand a full refund of the duplicate charge immediately. I never received a ticket, and you can’t just take ₺ twice for a failed transaction and walk away from the issue. I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform—it’s unreliable and irresponsible.
