I wanted to cancel my Air Arabia ticket (booking number 1084-558-776) for my Istanbul–Phuket flight. However, I was told that the ticket could only be converted into a voucher and that a refund would not be issued. I am requesting a full cancellation of my ticket and a refund of ₺52,527.63 to my bank card.
I have been dealing with this issue for about a month, and no resolution has been provided yet. I contacted Mytrip’s call center, but they only told me to wait and offered no concrete solution. My ticket still appears as active, and the cancellation process has not been completed.
I demand that my ticket be canceled and the amount I paid be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. If my grievance is not resolved promptly, I will take all necessary legal action to protect my rights.
