Air Cairo and Mytrip Refused Refund After Flight Changed From Nov 22 to Nov 24
My Air Cairo flight from Cairo to Istanbul, scheduled for November 22, 2025, was postponed to November 24 following an email I received on October 13. This change seriously disrupted both my hotel reservation and my business plans. Since the new flight date does not suit my schedule, I requested a refund. However, when I contacted both Mytrip customer service and the airline, I was told that no refund would be issued.
I purchased the ticket through Mytrip using my credit card and paid ₺13,971. I demand that my grievance be resolved and the full amount I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
