I'm Living a Ticket Nightmare with Mismatched Names and Unresolved Issues on Mytrip

I bought a round-trip flight ticket to Azerbaijan for me and my partner using Mytrip. When I got the e-ticket, I was disappointed to find out that my name was accidentally put instead of my spouse's name. This error was quite worrisome as it had the potential to disrupt my spouse's ability to board the flight. As soon as I discovered the error, I promptly contacted Azal, the airline responsible for the flight. However, they insisted that Mytrip was responsible for fixing the mistake since the booking was made through their platform. I reached out to Mytrip, expecting a prompt and effective solution. Unfortunately, much to my dismay, they decided to shift the blame onto Azal for the mistake and insisted on taking charge of the name correction. This ongoing exchange between Mytrip and Azal has left me feeling stranded and frustrated, with no clear solution in sight. Adding to the already challenging situation, the flight is set for July 10th, a mere two days from now. The gravity of the situation is heightened by the substantial sum I spent on the tickets, a grand total of 25,000 Turkish Liras. I am extremely concerned about Mytrip's disregard and failure to take responsibility for addressing this crucial issue. Their lack of professionalism and indifference towards my concerns have been a constant source of stress and anxiety for me.

Even though Mytrip stated that the name would remain unchanged, azal changed it. Everything was taken care of. Employees from MyTrip uttered robotic responses and offered zero assistance.
