Mytrip Booking Error - Wrong Name on Azerbaijan Flight

I bought a plane ticket to Azerbaijan through Mytrip. The system automatically entered my name instead of my wife's. I only noticed after the ticket was issued. I called Azal, and they said Mytrip should fix it since I bought it from them. Mytrip says Azal should change it. I paid ₺25,000. They won't change the name or refund the ticket. The flight is on July 10th, and I need an urgent solution.
